- The museum ticket allows access to the collections and temporary exhibitions.
- The shop in the Cloister is open from 10am to 6pm, except on Tuesday and Sunday from 11am to 6pm.
- The terrace of the Café-Restaurant Schongauer is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm.

The museum is open all week from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, except on Tuesdays, when it is closed.
The doors and ticket office close half an hour before the museum closes at 5.30pm.
