We will continue the wine tasting, paired with its "Wine time" (tea time around wine) in our tea room with sweet and salty delicacies : cheese, charcuterie, macaron, gingerbread, fruits, pastries...

I welcome you to the cellar with a glass of wine to start the tasting, followed by an informative video on the Alsace wine-making process (adapted for children).
I will take you to visit the family cellar dating from 1850, and discover the century-old oak barrels that we still use to make our wines. In 2020 following the organic conversion of my entire estate, we renovated our cellar and now use this new space to offer our visitors a new activity. We have a scenographic experience in the cellar with a 180° immersive video projected on barrels : unique in France... It is a film about my rather rich personal history, and about my work philosophy. The whole video is projected in the cellar, on century-old oak barrels at 180° (mapping on some sequences) with sound work, throwing the audience in total immersion in my story.
